I requested a quote from King Price, within minutes after completing the online quotation I received a phone call from Brian in the "telesales" department. I accepted the policy and the quoted amount for a vehicle I was going to buy. However I decided not to purchase the vehicle and cancelled the policy. I received an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
On the 3rd of May, more than a month after the cancellation a premium was deducted from my account for a vehicle I do not even own. The service at King Price was very good, but I need the refund to be done back to me.
