Taking money from my mobile and they keep sending me music when i don't need it

I down loaded a couple of songs from the internet for my mobile phone and now they keep sending when I don't even want them and taking all my credit when I have it on my mobile and I would like it stopped as I can't afford to put credit on my phone because of this reason so I would be grateful if you could help me with this problem as I've stopped putting credit on my phone so please help me.
