Cannot cancel orde

I ordered the free trial of Juveneu $1.99 and did not receive it. I have now had $89 deducted from my credit card. I have sent emails on three occasions to cancel my order but with no response. I do not want any further money taken from my account! I have now received the free tiral!!!
