My navigator doesn't pronounce street names effectively, will tell me to turn in X amount of meters when I'm already around the turn, has not been able to find addresses that are not in a new area. When i buy a product I don't expect that I will have to update maps right from the start of using it, then to find out that if I want to update maps I have to pay for them. I have had to ask Internet to find this section when there should have been a number to contact for complaints. I have been so frustrated with your product, and it is supposed to make my traveling easier. I also feel that the business I bought if off should be chasing you up on this, not me. I will be contacting the store also as I am appalled that this should be happening. Shocking customer service.
