Cancelling /Never used your company

I would like to know how to cancel what ever it is that you people are taking money out of my bank account for a service i have never used. I am asking that you cancel my account if I have one as I don't remeber joining your company in the first place and have never used any of your service and am not in the position to keep paying for something I don't use or need. thank you
