The 3rd June money was taken from my credit card account by SWREG to purchase software, they are a reseller, the Vendors website went off line nothing was forwarded so i asked for a refund from SWREG, upto date they have been saying the transaction has beed completed and given me US transactions ID, my bank is a non US Bank, so little use, there is no processing myend just a straight into the account, if it was a normal electronic transfer and to wait 5 -7 day, and sorry for the inconvenience. I have started a Dispute process from my end. SWREG are bouncing this around, giving me dates when it left the US and different dates when it was processed, but to no avail as yet. I am persistant as if this is geniune I will get my money back from SWREG on principle, but if cardquery.com is a scam then they have stru trouble.
