Motorola mobile phone EM325
The phone is rubbish too many problems

I wish to make a huge complaint about the motorolla mobile phone EM325
It may look good but it has too many problems

it dials numbers without me pressing the button, this has happened whilst i was listening to the radio, several times
it doesnt send messages properly
it turns off and cant turn it back on again
the keys dont work most of the times,
it wont allow me to make a call at times and hang up from making a call

there is so much more the list is endless

I believe the software is totally rubbish and would appreciate a replacement

I have taken to vodaphone stores a few times they played a bit with it but still have same problem

I cant be without a phone as this is the only number that i have and i only bought the phone in december last year and honestly have had nothing but problems

I also bought two others for my parents, my mum is having the same problem and my dad is too scared to open his

so i would in fact appreciate a telehone call from one of your managers to discuss the matter fiurther as i am not pleased with your product
