I booked 2 flights on Tiger Airlines from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney, due to fly out this morning. I checked in over the internet last night. I checked messages and emails this morning - no cancellation notices from Tiger. When we arrived at the Sunshine Coast Airport, however, we were told that our flight had been cancelled. We were told we could rebook with them on tomorrow's flight - but there was no guarantee that this flight would not also be cancelled. I have almost never in my life complained about bad service and I don't care so much about the lost cost of flights and accommodation. However, I had a 24 hour window of opportunity to spend a day with both of my children in the same part of the world at the same time. I am devastated - Thanks Tiger Airlines!
