While I was standing with petrol pump in hand the price was increased by 10 cents per litre by employee 'Lauren'. When I went into the service station to ask what was happening a male assistant offered to give me the original price for my petrol but Lauren denied it saying 'you are two seconds too late so its too bad'. I drive a v8 Land Rover 4WD so they will be losing a customer whose car uses at least $120 per week. Happy to share my story on facebook and with friends - hope they are able to avoid such bad customer service.
