I ordered a Solar Pump a few months ago. I have only just completed the instalation of the fountain and the pump doesn't work. Emailed Crazy Sales Customer service, and was told it was out of warranty. Emailes again and was told for $ 20 postage my end, they would look at it and repair it. I said the was nothing to repair, it was a sealed unit and obviously faulty. I was then then told to go and have it repair locally. WHO locally would fix a sealed unit, of a solar pump that cost $ 49.I would be very careful purchasing from this company, they seem quite happy to load of cheap merchandise without any comeback for quality of product or service. I think the whole set up could be a scam. I feel like I've just bought someting of the back of a truck... BUT I gave them my credit card details
