They say they don, t me when i asked for a refund a d debited more money from my account when stated. when i asked for a refund they bounced the email

I purchased a prodcut today. it was not the right one. i was given no receipt. I asked for a refund immediatly and they bounced the email. The amount was 79 aud approx. They did not send an email to verify the purchase. the product i bought was criminal backgrounds but all it showed was where ppl live.
