Hi there, i am writing to complain about a free trial offer i ordered online, this was supposed to be a free no risk offer where you only paid for the postage and handling, they would send the product to you and if you were not happy you could cancel, send the product back to them and any further credit card deductions and shipments with this company would be finished. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact these people to cancel, only to to have no response at all and making myself sick thinking how much money they are going to scam out of me. I have tried contacting them through email, which will not send, and through the contact us link on there web site. Can you please help me, don't know what to do.
I have contacted my bank, but they will not cancel or change my credit card at this point, instead I have to write them a letter and explain what has happened, with any contact I have made with this company to cancel
