I used just answer dog vets once only as it was an overnight illness with my dog. living in a country town there was no vet open. it took four days to get a reply by which time I had already been able to get my dog to its usual vet. I only ever used this service once and once only. However there are still monthly withdrawals being made from my account, which I cannot afford. This is nothing but a scam, and I am sick of being ripped off every month. Is there no legal way these people can be stopped. Warning to all other people do not use this service ever.
