My girlfriend booked a flight from Melbourne to Queensland for $240.
A good friend of her's close to her departure date became very ill and she out of the kindess of her heart and what little free time she has, looked after him. Sadly he passed away. When she rang and told Qantas what had happened and if asked if she could have credit till she re booked. She was told basically to shove it. The customer service member who she spoke to was rather rude and not understanding one little bit. I am disgusted!!! I can see that Qantas can't take care of its customers let alone it's own staff. What harm would it have done to re credit her all of part there of? If you are in customer service learn people skills... I will not fly with Qantas again and neither will she. I will also make this known to has many people as I possibly can. No wonder Qantas is going to the dogs...
