I purchased a brand new Samsung 66cm LCD TV for a present for my partner. From the very first time we used the TV it has not worked properly. About every 5 or 10 minutes the TV will just automatically shut off and then take a minute or so to reboot. This was very dissapointing as it was a gift and I expected that when I bought a brand new product it would actually work.
I have phoned Samsung and organised for a repair person to fix the TV, although after they replaced two new parts it still does not work properly. So now I am waiting on another repair person to come and fix it.
They say that they can not replace my TV until they have attempted to fix it three times. This is ridiculous. They expect me to take time off work so I can stay at home while they repair the TV. It is such a waste of time, I didn't purchase a brand new TV to have to deal with this. It will be the last Samsung TV I will ever purchase.
