Without a phone for 2 weeks

I would like 2 complain about the service i have received from MTN Jabulani mall. I have a contract with Mtn for about 4 to 5 months now for a Samsung S4 and Galaxy Tab. On Sunday I took in my S4 as it had a swollen battery and could not switch on. I took with me my Id, cellphone box and the phone it's self. When I got 2 the store the lady that assisted me said she could not find my details on their systems. She asked me 2 cone back with my contract but I couldn't as they were about 2 close the store late on Sunday. Weekdays I'm @ work and I can't make it to the store on time as they close @ 6. I am without a phone for 2 weeks. To my surprise the debit goes off every month without fail. I would like to know, according to MTN whose account are they debiting? And why is a new phone having battery problems? I'm am not happy at all.
