I have been harassed by Airtel hired advocate to pay for some bill which was already in question with its department and i was been always told that they will get back to me. Instead they made him call me on my number in Australia and he threatened me for nothing.
What is my fault? My loyalty and trust in this brand for more than 9 years??? I trusted this brand to solve my problem as i was being billed for something when i was not even using that number as i was here in Australia...
Nobody got back to me... but their advocate.
