I started a trial with Bellaplex in August two weeks later I tried to call this company and cancel my account and was told that the number I was given was not valid, I then sent them emails a few times trying to cancel my account and apart from an auto reply from Bellaplex I never got a reponse from them, I got so worried so I cancel my AMEX account since I gave Bellaplex my credit card number and 45 days later I was so shocked to see a charge of $69.95 by Belleplex. AMEX told me that because I have supplied Bellaplex my credit card number so AMEX cannot stop them from charging me, and I think they are going to charge me the same amount every month. I don't want their product, I don't like their product, I just want to cancel my account. However it seems impossible to cancel, what can I do now?? Let me keep charging me for something I don't want. I am so worried since AMEX cannot help me and I cannot reach Bellaplex.
