Services being barred twice second time only days aftersorting it out first time .taking serveral phone calls always being told they would call me back and didnt finaly aftera week of this i was told itwas due to my bill being 6 dollars over cap due to late fees from previous bill and i would have to pay this amount before the due date or they cant lift the bar even though i havnt been able to use the services they are saying i have to pay for .however i did agree to this was placed on hold and they ended the call without giving me a result.i have now been without services for 2 weeks.
