I was ripped off by eBay user Dolis_beggie on Jan. 5 2009. I sold a new Sprint Palm Pre phone to them, shipped it to the address they supplied in Australia and 10 days later after they received the phone, they opened a Paypal dispute, claiming they didn't receive the item. The tracking number provided by the USPS clearly showed that the item was delivered yet Paypal claims that because the tracking information says "Delivered Abroad" doesn't mean it was delivered to the buyer so they reversed the Paypal transaction and I'm now out $508 and a hold has been placed on my account until I pay them.
A clear indication that the ebay user Dolis_beggie is a Fraud, immediately after Paypal reveresed the transaction and gave them the money back, dolis_beggie cancelled their registration with eBay. They took the money, and ebay item and ran.
