Not received purchase of goods

I have not received full numerology reading/report I purchased from Blair Gorman. I have tried to contact him and no reply. I want to think it will come and am happy to receive it. I have checked my Junk / Spam folder and not there. I am using a hotmail address. I believe I have enough room. It would be great if Blair could contact me. Perhaps I can offer another email address if he thinks that would work. Otherwise I feel I will have to file a complaint with Paypal to get a full refund. Please Blair if you are reading this can you contact me. I have sent you a message through this website.
