I purchased the trial free software for around $2 USD and the day I received it and had a look realised it was all a load of crap and replied to them immediately to say cancel my membership effective immediately. Their website has no contact details so I have had to email ADRevolution which is who sent the emails to say payment had been made etc... But they claim they cant cancel it for me because I purchased it from google gold mine. I have sent numerous emails explaining to AMY at ADRevolution that I cant login to the members website (a $50 AUD) amount has since been taken from my credit card, so I am rightfully a member but cant login into the site, it tells me access denied please phone 1800 685 2713. I cant ring the number being that it is an international number which I have also tried to explain to Amy at ADRevolution. She says she can ring the number and it is fine but I am NOT able to - maybe she does not understand that Australia is NOT IN THE U.S!!! I have even asked her to fwd me an email adress so I can make contact with google gold mine but she is next to useless and keeps saying they have nothing to do with it.
Am very frustrated and annoyed and want it all stopped before they take another payment from my credit card!
Any help you can provide will be much appreciated
