The item purchased was a car jumper station with lights and compressor. The item was was delivered in immaculate wrapping 4weeks late, upon opening wrapping, acid poured out of the inner bubble wrap, burning holes in a brand new pair of shorts. I went no further with the unwrapping and immediately emailed the company at their support address, 4 days later they replied saying that they could not replace the unit as it was not economically viable for them to do so, but they could and would pay $32 towards the cost of repair or pay $27 virtually for me to keep my mouth shut. I opted to cut my loses and took their little bribe, but changed the wording in their disclaimer, that they quite evidently did not notice. Anyway I dismantled the unit (I am an engineer) and found inside that the unit had suffered terrific damage, stand offs broken, mounting plates for the compressor broken in half and acid damage throughout the whole unit, the small circuit board for the charger and the switch board were so badly corroded it fell apart in my hands.
What I want to know is, how can a company sell items in this country with no warranty provisions?. I will never buy from this site again and am in major denial about any resellers dealing with Chinese crap.
This unit is completely unusable and was a waste of $100, I may be able to salvage the battery thats about all.
