on the 21st Jan 08. I purchased a dress online from designerbrandoutlet.com. On the 22nd jan I received an e-mail giving a tracking number with tnt.com. 2 weeks later i contacte tnt by phone as I could not track the item on line. tnt advised that it was not a tracking number. My credit card was debited for the cost of the dress. I have sent numerous e-mails to all addresses on the website and received no response. The contact number goes directly to an answer machine.
