Disgraceful!!! TB Dresses should NOT be allowed to continue to operate!! This so called company have treated me absolutely appallingly to say the least! The dress advertised on their website that i paid good money for is definitely not what I received. As soon as receiving this dress for a formal occasion I had coming up, I cried as it was beyond words to describe just how poorly it was made and how completely different it was on their website. I took photos, as they ask for evidence to prove the item was faulty and to compare it with what I had ordered. It was more than enough to prove the dress was completely unacceptable. All I kept hearing from TB Dresses was 'it's a nice dress, at a super price' try it on to feel the real experience ' I asked to return the dress and they told me I couldn't without permission, so I asked for permission and they told me it was refused! What an absolute joke! What kind of company are they? Consumers can not be treated like this, something needs to be done! I am out of pocket a lot of money because of this company. The thing that really hurts is they are ripping innocent people off daily and no one can stop them. We all need to stick together and bring this company down and make other people aware. No one should be treated like this- how dare they!!
