After months and months of contact and promises EA games have stopped communications and the only way to contact them is by e-mail... which they wont answer.
They debited my credit card each time I purchased a pack in FIFA 12 using my CREDITS! Which they said should not have happened.
Several hundred dollars later and several hundred e-mails later..NOTHING No response. Have had to report to the Fraud department of my bank.
Do not trust EA Games, Stop purchasing, they will only act if the Many Reacte.
