Magic trick disappears, along with my money and customer service Sydney

Several months ago I purchased a magic trick from carmines house of magic website.

I paid for the item, yet it was never delivered. I contacted the carmines house of magic website and recieved an email saying they would chase the order up. Several more monthe passe and I contacted them again. this time I recieved no reply.

I havent been able to get in contact with them since.
