Area I paid $51.29 (Aust) and now unable to obtain services as advertised. ripoff

In October I replied to an email from this company because they offered downloads etc. I received an order number xx17 after I sent payment of @51.29 {Aust} via my Visa card. I have been unable to contact them via internet etc and trying to log in to the site is now impossible.

A refund of my money would be much appreciated. Some action should be taken against firms who offer services on the internet and do not provide as promised.
