I would like to point out that after I have written my complaint on here about Premier Property in Phuket-I was contacted by them last week and I have now been given my free holiday. I have received the paper work/Booking conformation forms ect... So obviously I am extremely happy now. It is very said that it had to come to holiday makers complaining so bad but luckily it has all turned out for good in the end... I have now had constant/daily communication from a lady who was given my case and I now have nothing but praise for this lady Lynne- who has helped me out with any of my questions and concerns.
