On 4/30, we received a charge of $50.72 from Datingplayground.com. This was to our company card registered to me. Others have reported processing through Paysystems, but this charge came directly from Australia.
Emails to the companies contact address and their whois admin listing both fail. Further digging turned up a company called Zeusinternet.net which may be linked to Zeuscom PTY Ltd. I think the latter may be the company who actually owns the domain. There info is here:

I will try to contact them next but looks like they may be defunct.
The best solution is to dispute the carge. I doubt that these people will every respond to me.

The site is hosted by a company located in Seattle called Swift Ventures now operating under the name of Swift Desk and provides free hosting. DNS is hosted by a company in Florida. I am contacting both of them now.
