Stopped at maccas at 4.30 am in the morning just finished work so was tired didnt feel like cooking so i opted to get something quick which turned out wasnt quick at all. Ordered my cheese bacon burger meal and got told to wait in the waiting bay which i did for 15 mins getting angry i got out asked the girl if shed forgotten about me, she ask had i placed my order, i said yes and have paid for it ive been waiting in the waiting bay for 15mins she replied thats the car girls order shell fix you up she came out appologetic saying shes sorry and ill give you something for free... i got home my meal was cold and i got a box of cookies wow just what i wanted that time in the moning i should have at least got a refund for the waiting and the cold meal that was giving to me needless to say the service was appaling where was the manager???
