Not receining my order for more than 4 weeks

Hi, I purchased the VPXL on 1/9/09 for 9 months. Today 30/9/09 and I've not received my order or my money, also this is my 5th e mail regarding the same issue and no one replied. Can anyone explainew to me what is going on? your prompt reply would be appreciated. Thanks
