I recently accompanied a very close friend of mine to a medical complaints body in Melbourne, Australia. The matter was over the treatment she received from Dr. Morris Ritz. This is the absolute truth of what this man did: When she was his patient, he found out that she occassionally took a sedation drug when she was anxious. He never prescibed her this drug but he knew she got it from another doctor. He requested of her, that she come to his rooms, over and over, on large doses of this sedating drug. He told her that he would give her free treatment in exchange for her coming to see him zonked out of her brain, to use his own words. She was very confused at the time, and a lot was going on in her life and she was vulnerable. She didn't know how to say no. She tried to ask Dr. RItz on several occassions to explain what he was doing and why, but he turned such questions into a joke. Eventually, he completley coersed her to come to him on large amounts of this sedating medicaion as the last patient of the day. She didn't know how to say no. She was receiving perlane injections into her lip and there was really no reason for her to be sedated at all. But she went along that night and suddenly, when she realised she was alone with him at the end of a long passage, in a sound proof room, she panicked. She thought he might do something to her- - molest her, druge her further, fondle her- who knows- and so out of sheer desperation she offered for them to have an affair. He went white. He was clearly very afraid. He said he wanted 2 weeks to think about it but when my friend woke the next morning she knew she didn't want it and that he wouldn't either. She had to face the fact that he only ever wanted some kind of kinky amusement from her. She became very depressed. Apart from all of the bizarre behaviour I have just mentioned, Dr. Morris Ritz had, several times, given her procedures that she did not ask for- this was during other procedures that she did know she was having. So, she ended up feeling very used and useless and defiled and violated. Her depression was severe and several years later she reported the doctor to the medical baord. The board took it seriously enough to take it to a hearing, but concluded there was not enough evidence. My friend and I then obtained her medical file from Dr. Morris RItz's office through our Freedom Of Information law. The file had been altered. Dr. Morris RItz had tampered with her file and changed many aspects of it- erased some, added others- things that she knew never occurred. She and I both saw precisely where Dr. Ritz had made bogus entries in her file. The worst thing he had done was to write a whole series of events that described her as quite insane. She had told Dr. Ritz that she suffered from depression and Dr. Ritz completely and utterly abused the doctor/patient trust by twisting her confession to him about her depression into something far more serious in order to save his own skin. Dr. Morris Ritz is a plastic surgeon who is entirely self-serving. He justifies his own sick and perverted actions. He doesn't seem to think that anything he did was "wrong". He lied straight into the faces of our medical authorities with no hesitation, just as he altered my friends file, and used it to throw salt on the already open wounds he'd left her with. Now, we have a law in Australia about defamation. But you cannot be sued for defamation if you are telling the truth. And this is the truth. And any court that needed evidence would definitely be able to find it - everywhere. For that reason, I am not afraid to protect other women from suffering something similar at the hands of this very sick man. Dr. Morris Ritz, Melbourne Plastic Surgeon is a very perverted and sick man with some kind of serious personality disorder. DO NOT GO TO HIM_ EVER !!
