Charged and received nothing

I ordered diet max free trial sample with credit card details for postage. I never received this sample. I have just received a bank statement and have been charged 2 payments on 13th Nov. One for $40.84 and $64.60 and still received nothing. This is obviously a scam of huge proportions. I cannot find any contact details for this company. Help would be appreciated.
