People, have you ever tried contacting AVS4YOU support team i wonder. whichever time i did, i got response in reasonable time. after surfing the net and reading the reviews was scared that won't see my money again (*as accidentally placed the order twice*), but was provided with the refund for the sec purchase without no problems and questions asked. btw, had some error message once (not able to remember which one though, lol). but they managed to figure that out and led me through all the steps to bring my converter back to life (^-^)
