1 litre coles skim milk leaking bottom

I have bought one litre coles skim milk for years but the last couple of weeks the cartons onthe bottom have been leaking and it has gone through my whole fridge.
i beleive for a big grocery chain it is very poor and when i notified colesin toronto nsw they did not want to know about it.
