My partner and I went to the Coffee Club Cannon Hill for a coffee and some breakfast. We ordered our drinks witht the waitress, minutes later our drinks came out. I ordered a Mocha Frappe, A mango frappe was bought out. My partner ordered a green tea, that was bought out on a dirty saucer and by dirty I mean off milk clumped all over the saucer. I politely told the waitress this was not what i ordered. She returned the drink to the manager which i then received the worst stares off while she was shaking her head at me. Our breakfast was bought out which was stale and cold toast. I then told the waitress that it was cold she stormed off with the toast and took it back into the kitchen. Mind you i have never had to complain this much. At the end i went up to the counter to pay, I said to the manager that i was unhappy with the service i received she ignored me until the transaction was through and she then went on to be extremely rude in her reply. I have been to this coffee club a few times and each time they have either stuffed up my order and just been outright rude. I do not recommend going to this coffe club. The one down the road at the cannon hill shopping centre would be the place to go.
