After ordering a large super supreme pizza via phone friday night for tea my husband went topick it up and was told his pizza wasnt ready yet, so he waited approx 10 mins and still no pizza. In the meantime a lady come in and she had ordered three mia pizza, they couldnt find her order it was paid for they looked in the warmer and my husband said to the female worker was the pizza in the warmer ours and it had no name on it but was what we ordered when he got home it was cold so i rang to speak to the manager, after being on hold i spoke to ryan and he told me that the pizza was ok and he put me on hold twice while he took orders on another phone and i could hear the chaois in the background of people under a lot of pressure with no organisational skills. We threw our pizza in the bin was given no refund or replacement pizza and as for ryan!!! well he is not a managers... we wont be back and will spread the word. You wont last long with this sort of service
