I recently went to Dominos to get a pizza. firstly i was hoping that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. But that was not what happened, i had to wait for around 30-40 mins to get the pizza.
Secondly the staff at Dominos cannot be trusted. My point being the pizza i got from them after 30 mins of wait was burnt and had portions missing. I asked them if they could give me a refund or replacement and they said i have to wait another 45 minutes. After 45 minutes i came back they gave me a similar burnt up pizza and i think it was the same one as the previous one. i did not want to waste any time but if you look at my situation iam having a very hard time trusting these people. And if you cant trust someone with your food this is a very big problem. And the most disappointing thing was i did not even get a apology.
At this day and age if you cant treat your customers appropriately then you don't deserve to serve them.
