On 3/5 at the Lakemba Dominos branch, Fahad, who says he is the manager has only placed exactly 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. When I questioned him he replied " That's because of the price you are paying." I said that it was the price when I placed the order on the internet. "
This is highly unacceptable. I showed the pizzas to a customer who walked into the store and asked him to show me if he could see the chicken. He replied "There isn't any". Fahad relayed again "That's because of the price you are paying." That is the most appaulling customer service.
Everyone that I spoke to that had dealt with Lakemba Dominos had a bad story to tell regarding hardly anything on pizza.
I left pizzas and ended at Croydon Park Dominos. They actually had great service and their pizzas were very tasty and made properly. Great job Croydon Park Dominos and shame on you Lakemba Dominos!!!
Everyone should boycott Lakemba Dominos.
Something has to be done from head office in relation to this. If the internet price is stated, then that is the price the customer pays. There is no option to say proper portions and to pay extra nor should there be.
There should be an email address for Dominos Head Office to lodge complaints. Unfortunately, there isn't.
