Im just writing this complain about the service that we had this morning @ around 10.35am @ the Dapto Mcdonalds drive thru. I ordered for 2 happy meals with 3 nuggets for both happy ..the girl that was serving me kept on asking me frequently the same thing over and over again after about 5 mins she said "ok just drive around" in an abrupt way, i drove around and she asked me again in a rude way what i wanted, she wasn't even smiling at all, so i told her again and she was pressing the tilt hard and i could tell that she was not in a good mood..i had my mum in the front seat who was here on holidays and my two little boys at the back, my mum turned around and told me "she can't even smile what kind of customer service is this"... i kindly told her that she will be serving 100's of customer today so if she could just smile..i then told her that i wanted to see the manager, well miss manager came i explained the situation her answer was just i will talk to her... i hope that this is not the kind of service t get on next drive thru, i think she needs a lot of customer service trainig...
