Did not deliver product

I placed an order with this site and bought a hairstraightener from this site and they recieved payment.
It says on the site that delivery to Australia would be 5-7 days.

It has now been 2 months and I have not receieved the product.

I have emailed and emailed and all they write back is "expect delivery soon"
they wont call and I have no phone number to call them on.

Please someone tell me what else I can do?
