I HAVE FOUND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND A COMPLAINTS SECTION ON THE HARVEY NORMAN WEBSITE. I PURCHASE A NAVIGON 1300 FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS 2009 AND THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER SINCE THEN. IT'S NOW JUNE AND THE GPS IS STILL UNDER REPAIR MEANWHILE MY DAUGHTER STRUGGLES TO NAVIGATE AROUND BRISBANE! THE SALES PERSON TALKED ME INTO BUYING THE GPS. I WANTED TO BY A TOM TOM. WHY CAN'T HARVEY NORMAN STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY SELL??
