Do not order -save yourself the grief

In July I purchased a Sanyo Xacti digital camcorder and a memory card online from Blue Fly Mobile. I had emails for the next week confirming my purchase and claiming my products were in the warehouse ready for shipping. The website claimed shipping would take between 10-20 business days.
I heard nothing further by mid August and no one answered the phone (9016-0100).
On 17th August I received an email claiming delivery delays. This was sent to all customers. They promised all delivery by 15th September.
By the 17th September (42 business days from purchase) I asked for my money to be refunded. I received an email and I was asked to provide my bank details for a refund of goods not sent or received. I did this. They are very difficult to contact when things go wrong.
To date I have had no refund and it's November. They've stolen my money. Beware don't use this online store.
