Misleading advertising and no customer service

They advertise a solar panel with cables, an IP65 junction box and diode. I ordered one and when it arrived it didnt have cables, IP65 box or diode. In fact there were no connectable parts inside the junction box, so no possible way to use the panel. I called them and got told that these panels didnt come with the advertised features, so too bad. I asked if I could return the panel for refund and was told only at my expense, despite their website clearly stating that they would take DOA products at their expense - plus it wasnt as advertised, so the DOA was irrelevant. I refused to return at my expense, and said I would organise a chargeback with my bank. They threatened they would sue me for fraud. I hung up. After numerous emails and calls including emails with pictures of the broken junction box and them continually hanging up on me, I got somebody who said they would send me a replacement panel with cables. This never arrived and when I called to check on it they said that person didnt exist. Many calls and hangups later I got nowhere with them, but I have managed to get my bank to organise a chargeback for my credit card. I called SES and they started to threaten me again with debt collectors. They also said I had no record of the person offering to send me a replacement and denied they had to pay for the return. I mentioned that I had advised the ATO that I didnt receive a tax invoice, plus the ACCC of their misleading advertising, and they said they would send a courier to pick the panel up if I dropped my chargeback. I will do this onec they have picked the panel up and have sent me a cheque and it has cleared into my account. I have also raised the matter with NSW Fair Trading and they have had similar problems contacting anybody. Their standard response is 'no managers here to talk to you', or put you on hold and leave you there until you give up. The worst customer service I have ever experienced - they simply do not care about customers or their problems, and refuse to meet their obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Please everybody - never deal with them
