My husband and i were quite addiment that we didnt want to purchase a timber impression floor if it was going to lift.as we had one before which lastest 12 years the salesman mario from harvey norman flooring sth tweed heads assured us that this floor would be perfect with a 30 year warrenty and that water would not affect it and if it did he would rather replace the product than have harvey norman bad mouthed well the floor lifted after just 3 months and they wont do anything about it we dont know what to do hope you can help us Erich and Janette Acker.
