Company representative agreed that faulty draw slide should be fixed under (10 year) warranty, however no action forthcomming for five months, latest enquiry, 31/1 told to go to manufacturer of the draw slide, as they were too busy to do any thing about it.
dont believe their story about warranty... it is non existant.
