My daughter paid for a consignment of goods to be sent from Sydney to South Africa in January, 2013. The person she was dealing with left the company and nothing more was heard, we could not communicate with anyone, nobody replies,even now, only one person named Elvis.
The goods are in South Africa in storage as they were sent via Singapore and either Palmers or the company in Singapore has not paid the company in South Africa so they will not release the goods.
Is this how business is done in Australia? non communication? I understand the company in South Africa need their payment, but Palmers has not upheld their part, as I said my daughter paid for everything but has not received her goods?
