I am a current worker for this store and recently fell pregnent after a two years of working, and the threats and put downs i have recieved from my boss is outrageouse. You wouldnt belive the threats and put downs myself and colleges have recieved.
One of the first major threats she has said to me is that she would cut back my hours and told me i was lucky to even have a job and that i wouldnt get a job anywere else because i said i wasnt happy with my hours being cut back, And in return thats what she said to me also just after i found out i was pregnent she told me she couldnt afford me getting sick due to being pregnent, and the way she talks to you infront of customers is rediculeouse. She knows how to make you feel like shit and upset in the one hit. shes rude to customers to which i think for a manager she should have abit more respect.
I Iv had enough but my colleges and myself are to scared to report her for we dont want to lose our jobs. I really need help but im not quiet sure who to contact about workplace bullying. Is there anyone who can help? It would be much appreciated.
