Unathorised debit of money and goods not delivered

I ordered both the acacia berry and the life cleanse products intending to try them and see what happened. I did not receive the orders and had forgotted about it unti the charge appeared on my credit card for 3 items of this product. I have not received the product and when I contacted the company they stated that as I agreed to the terms set out in their website that I was responsible for the charges.

As I have not received these products, I have not been able to decide whether I wish to purchase them. The company is refusing to reimburse my money and I am not happy as I have not received the product.

This is a rort and anyone thinking of purchasing these products should think again.

Please help me get my money back!!!
